Article 12
Pursuant to Articles 5 and 7 of the Regulations Governing the Licensing of Nuclear Reactor Operators, the examination fees payable by applicants for the examination for a license to operate a power reactor and for reexamination shall be as follows:
- Phase I Examination: NT$5,000 per application.
- Phase II Examination:
(1) Operator: NT$10,000 per application.
(2) Senior Operator:
1. Holder of an Operator License: NT$15,000 per application.
2. Non-holder of an Operator License: NT$25,000 per application.
Pursuant to Articles 12-1 and 12-2 of the Regulations Governing the Licensing of Nuclear Reactor Operators, the examination fees payable by applicants for the operational capability examination for power reactor operators and for reexamination shall be as follows:
- Operator: NT$5,000 per application.
- Senior Operator: NT$8,000 per application.
Pursuant to Articles 13 and 15 of the Regulations Governing the Licensing of Nuclear Reactor Operators, the examination fees payable by persons taking the requalification examination for power reactor operators and for reexamination shall be as follows:
- Operator: NT$10,000 per application.
- Senior Operator: NT$15,000 per application.
Pursuant to Articles 18 and 21 of the Regulations Governing the Licensing of Nuclear Reactor Operators, the examination fees payable by applicants for the examination for a license to operate a research reactor and for reexamination shall be as follows:
- Operator: NT$15,000 per application.
- Senior Operator: NT$20,000 per application.
